Solidworks Tutorials.

Apart from my basic understanding that I got from my first project which I'll post here some time I learnt it from these tutorials ranked in order of usefulness.

Lamborghini Gallardo by far the best tutorial I have come across. While the tutorial doesn't explain how the tool you use work it describes literally every step, every mouse click, every button. It was perfect as I had never really explored surface modelling.  It's long enough to keep you busy and by the end you'll have a real grasp of the software.
It's currently on sale at the retailer http://www.solidworksgallardo.com/download-tutorial.php for $67 well worth it.

This was the solid works chopper. It's nearly all Solid Modelling the only part which is surface modelling is the seat. It was a good tutorial as it really made me understand the value of using patterns to achieve the end goal quicker. That being said it was not worth the money I paid for it. If you are going to spend some money do it on the Gallardo or others by the same author.

These two model's where quick and simple I got both of them off the same sight as the Chopper model and both where free. Great introduction to surface modelling. The site for all these is http://learnsolidworks.com/
It's great for beginners and those with some experience.
